My speciality is to deliver strategic PLM ambitions and facilitate fundamental changes in regards to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Industry 4.0 and the digital thread/twin.
A solid understanding of product development and production, combined with 15+ years of PLM experience, enables me to engage with both the business and the technical layer in complex PLM transformations.
My ability to scope solutions on multiple organizational and technical levels ensures coherence between strategy, process and “engine room”.
Over the years, my engineering background has been complemented with Windchill, SAP, Six Sigma, Lean, Business Administration and NLP training. I am fluent in Danish, German and English.
Utilizing all of my hands-on experience in PLM, Organisational Change Management and Process Optimization, I can help you plan and deliver.
