Our Mentorship Deal with Chresten
We searched in vain for the ‘golden egg’ for a really long time.
A new colleague with the unique combination of experience in production and product development, which we specialize in.
Until we found Chresten Knudsen.
He just turned 70, so naturally, he has a wealth of experience to draw from for our clients. At the same time, he serves as a mentor for our younger colleagues, who bring an impressive energy and ability to absorb knowledge.
We and Chresten have an agreement that we believe many companies and experienced employees out there can find value in. It’s something about flexible working hours, great influence, and the absence of sales targets and other ‘corporate boxes’ that many don’t want to be squeezed into.
