Lean production and automation strategies.
For the past 15 years, I have worked in all areas of production, with a particular focus on production machinery. I have experience with manual cells, production lines, fully automatic robot cells, semi-automatic production cells with collaborative robots, and process plants.
My work has encompassed all levels, from concept development and strategy to hardware design, operation, maintenance, ongoing improvements, assembly, and commissioning. As a result, I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of production and production equipment.
I have used this experience to develop automation strategies for manufacturing companies, with a specific emphasis on the use of collaborative robots and the integration of flexible lean automation. Additionally, I have developed and implemented digital solutions, including the digitization of manual production cells and the implementation of OEE systems.
I am fluent in Danish and English.
