Cases & Projects
Bill of Installed Components (Tetra Pak)
The task was to develop a solution for grouping and comparing the as-maintained BOM for the entire installed base of machines.
This web application enables users to track and analyse the differences within the same family of assemblies across the provisional time span and selected materials.
Smart Factory Demo (Tetra Pak)
Proof Of Concept on mobile digital recording during the assembly process of traceable (serialised) components.
The solution was built on PTC ThingWorx and Apple iOS mobile systems.
Windchill Change Notice for Documents
Improving the process of reviewing and approving documents as part of the Engineering Change Notice process.
The solution included Windchill workflows and building an optimised User Interface for non-Windchill users.
Technologies used were Windchill REST API and ThingWorx Navigate.
As part of my daily job, I develop and test new and novel solutions within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) area that support our consultancy projects, but also our ideas on improving the information flow across the entire product lifecycle.
Projects that I am involved with are:
- Windchill-SAP Integration based on Windchill REST API and SAP Gateway
- Independent SAP Search web interface that utilize SAP Gateway and TRex as potential part of universal search across various ERPs
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across SAP, Windchill and other PLM tools.
- PTC Vuforia and AR solutions for PLM.
